Preliminary phone conversation
No fee
Advance retainer covers first 10 hours of casework

Examination of records/sites
$200.00 hourly rate
Trial testimony (portal to portal)
$2000.00 daily flat rate whether testimony is needed or not
Deposition Fee (portal to portal)
*Covers up to 6 hours of actual testimony. Additional hours are $200.00/hour.
Private Investigation Fees:
